As Chief Operating Officer, you’ll play a vital role in making sure that as an organisation, we’re able to be as effective and impactful as possible – leveraging all of our resources and ensuring that Trussell remains a fantastic, values-driven place to work.
This role is part of Trussell’s Exec team, the goal of which is to provide effective leadership to the organisation, ensuring the delivery of our strategic outcomes, maintaining and developing a network of key relationships and building a culture and ethos which embodies our organisational values and approaches.
In doing so, this role underpins the success of our organisational strategy – contributing to the fulfilment of our long-term vision of a UK without the need for food banks.
